CUSTOMER CARE

At Miss Circle, our customer’s satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns.

 

How to return 

Simply fill out a return form and mail the item(s) to our New York Office within 21 days of the day you received your order. We do require a tracking number for your return package. Please make sure you get one from your shipping carrier when mailing it out. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned. If you return a purchase past the 21 days frame, we can only issue a refund in the form of store credit. 

 

*The commercial invoice attached outside the Miss Circle box is for custom use only. Please do not send the return package to our wearhouse oversea. 

 

Store credit or Refund

If you choose to have store credit instead of a refund, we will include a coupon code* for 20% off your next purchase(non-sale items only). This offer has no expiration date and you may use the codes whenever you are ready to place another order.

If you need a refund, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a debit/credit card account, PayPal, store credit or a combination of the two). You will receive a receipt confirmation via e-mail once your returned package is processed. Refund time for credit/debit card payments varies depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are instant.
 

Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase because of fit and/or design, we can replace your current item with a different size, color or an entirely different design*. We will process the exchange withFREE shipping. *Some fees may apply based on the price of the replacement item.
